Comic Book Resources just posted this video interview from Comic Con '09. Somehow it got lost in the mix and never aired, but its out now! It's with me and my co-creator on Vitriol, Brent Allen. Thought I'd post a new journal since I haven't been able to update any art lately. I've been busy pencilling Vitriol pages and have had very little time for any other art besides them. I've spent a little time between pages studying anatomy and trying to get stronger at muscle structure. George Bridgman is the man for that, I've been really enjoying his books. Issue one of Vitriol is complete on my end, inks and colors on the last few pages are being wrapped up by the awesome talents of and
   I'm about four pages into issue two now and loving every minute of it. We don't have an exact date for Issue one's release yet, but don't worry I will let you all know! As soon as issue one is 100% complete, I'll ask IDW's permission to post a few pages. Thanks for reading...

Hey guys. Just checking in with some news and updates. I'm 5 pages into the first issue of Vitriol:The Hunter, and man it's kicking my ass! I've never drawn this much in my life, but I love it! I have assembled an awesome team for the project and happy to say the art team is made up of all Deviant Art Members. I got to see some really cool submissions from a lot of talented artists. The first issue is slated to be released in March, 2010.  I'm dying to show you all some of the interiors and the awesome new cover we have...but you will have to wait just a little longer. For now give some love to the amazing artists on the book.

Once again San Diego Comic Con is quickly approaching. I'll be there on Saturday, July 25th signing at the IDW Publishing booth to promote my new comic book, Vitriol:The Hunter. Yes, that's right I have my first creator owned mini-series debuting most likely next year through IDW. They haven't made an official announcement yet but gave me the OK to start plugging my SDCC appearance. The book is co-created and co-written by myself and good friend Brent Allen. I'll also be illustrating the book as well. Details about the book will be coming soon! In the meantime come by IDW's booth and pick up some free Vitriol:The Hunter promo items and come say hit to Brent and I, hope to see some of you there!
