Well it's supposed to be Lil' Wayne, although I don't think it looks too much like him, haha. I wanted to draw something outside of my comfort zone, and this was something new for me. I was listening to Weezy on the radio and saw this cartoon of him in my head and thought OK, I'll try it. So here it is..

You did an excellent job. especially with the arms, I always give up when drawing tattoos on people, but I like how you did it, the simplicity makes it more realistic for some reason.
